Colton and Will

When my grandparent's were in town, we all got together at Lulie and E's house for dinner. Colton and Will had a big time riding around in the jeep ( a glimpse at what the future holds). Kenleigh didn't have quite as much fun!

Outside Fun!

Today was such a beautiful day! After I picked Will up from school, I surprised him with a trip to the park. There were a lot of bees at the playground so he & I ran around the baseball fields instead (Alex LOVED watching up run).

After naptime, we headed outside. Will did what he loves to do, play in his car, and Alex played in the exercauser. Will decided he wanted to go for a ride in the wagon and asked me to pull Alex as well. They had such a good time!

How I love warm weather!!!

Alex - Crawling

It is official - Alex is crawling forward! He has been crawling backwards for about a month but this morning decided to try the traditional way. He was SO proud of himself!!!!

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. We went to a neighborhood Easter egg hunt on Saturday morning. Will had a lot of fun looking for eggs (he even wanted to give some to Alex). On Sunday, we went to church and then came back to our house for brunch with Lulie and E. That night we went to Lulie and E's for a big Easter Egg Hunt and dinner with the Pennington's as well. The children really got into the hunt. We hid eggs SEVERAL times!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Willism's

This morning Will and I were playing with his parking garage and we had an interesting conversation...

Mommy: "Why is there water on the ramp?"
Will: "I think it is exhaust from my Ridgeline. I smell something stinky."
Mommy: "Probably so."

Also, he was frustrated with himself b/c he couldn't get a car out of his toy basket and his comment was:

"Myself is mad at myself. "

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Alex - 9 Months

We went to the doctor today for Alex's 9 month checkup. Everything looked great! Here are his stats: Weight - 19 lbs. 3 ozs. (27%) Height - 29 3/4 (90%). Needless to say, he is long and lean! Here is what he is up to:

Stands for 5+ seconds
Crawls backward (hasn't quite mastered traditional crawling)

His favorite game is to drop one of my toys and wait for Mommy or Will to pick it up and give it back. This could go on for HOURS!

He scrunches up his nose and breathes in and out (Trying to get that on video)

LOVES to stand at his Leap Frog Table and dance to the music

He is cutting 4 teeth

He is STILL not sleeping through the night

Laughs at whatever Will does. PRICELESS!!!!
